My Story

I was raised poor. At one point, we were homeless, living in a park. We eventually settled in, what others would say was, the bad part of town.

Now, I consider myself middle class, though with the economy, it's a struggle to stay there.

Still, I'm grateful for all I have, for how far I've come and for where I came from. My children, however, do not have the same struggles I had to keep them grounded. So, I began searching for some suggested random acts of kindness to use as a tool to teach appreciation. I decided then to share my journey and maybe help some other people with their journey along the way.
